Child Poverty Action Group 2019 manifesto

Child Poverty Action Group 2019 manifesto

1st November 2019

The Child Poverty Action Group - of which the North East Child Poverty Commission is a member - has launched its manifesto for the 2019 General Election.

This calls on the incoming Government to immediately invest in children's benefits; to bring in a child poverty strategy as a top priority; and to build a more effective social security system for us all in the long-term.

You can read the manifesto in full here.
