Government is consulting on its draft Child Poverty Strategy.  It is not great, sadly.  There's some good bits - free school meals, extra support for childcare - but there is not enough to make it look like a determined effort to eradicate child poverty.

We are keen to hear from anyone in the region about what they think of the Strategy, and of our draft response to it.
